How do I get started?

  2. Get access to the toolkit & members only Discord area

  3. Start trading!

What happens after I buy & how do I get access?

Depending on which platform toolkit you signed up for, you will be granted access typically within 5-30 minutes.

Please allow up to 3 hours before reaching out to one of our team members via email or in our Discord.

If you sign up overnight (we are EST based), your access will be processed in the morning typically by 10am EST.

Can I use this if I'm a total beginner?

No. Our trading systems are designed for those with baseline trading knowledge and live-trading experience.

Which markets & timeframes does QuantVue work on?

Our tools are designed for futures first, but can be used on any market.

They are optimized for 1s Renko bricks, but can be configured on any timeframe or candlestick type.

Will I win every trade with this?

No. There is no algorithm or indicator that can accurately predict with 100% certainty the financial markets.

QuantVue aims to provide tools for traders to better manage their own discrestionary trades, risk, and are not meant to be followed blindly.

QuantVue is not responsible for trading losses. Past results are never indicative of future performance. Use QuantVue and trade at your own risk.

Which plan do I need for TradingView, NinjaTrader or Sierra Chart?

Depending on which toolkit you purchase, see the following plan details.

TradingView:

You may use a free TradingView account. However, to get 1s data and Renko bricks, you need a TradingView Premium account.

NinjaTrader:

You can use the tools on a free NinjaTrader account. To see the various NinjaTrader pricing, click here.

Sierra Chart:

In order to run everything that's in the SC suite, you'll need at least "Sierra Chart Service Pack 11 - Integrated Advanced CME" and for live data you will need "Market Depth For Non-Professional Accounts".

I never submitted the post-purchase form, how do I get access?

Do the tools repaint?

No, none of our tools repaint. All features appear in real-time and are always confirmed on candle close.

How do I update the tools?

TradingView:

  1. Refresh your browser or mobile app

  2. Remove the old indicator from your chart

  3. Re-add the indicator from your invite-only indicators

The latest version of the indicator should appear.

NinjaTrader:

You will be sent new NinjaTrader files.

Sierra Chart:

You will be sent new Sierra Chart files.

Account

How do I cancel my membership?

You can manage your account in the "My Account" tab.

You can also reach out to us on Discord (link in the footer) or email us at hello@quantvue.io and we will process your cancellation immediately!

Once your subscription is cancelled, you will still have access to the tools for the remainder of the time left on your plan.

Are there any refunds?

We do not provide any refunds under any circumstances. All sales are finals. See our full refund policy here.

Do you have any discount codes?

No. You will never see a discount code or sale from QuantVue.

Aside from exclusive product availability or launches, we have never run a sale.

That way the price you see, is the best available price at any given time. No gimmicks, no shady pricing tactics.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial on our Pro and Elite monthly & yearly plans.

There is no free trial on the QuantVue ATS program.

How do I reactivate my account?

You can use the checkout links on the website, or via the "My Account" tab/button if you know your previous account details.

What's the difference between plans?

TradingView:

  1. Pro Plan - includes our manual trading focused indicators. These indicator alerts can be automated with services like AutoView, PineConnector, TradeConnect, etc.

  1. Elite Plan - includes our Pro Plan toolkit and our automation specific strategies. This plan is meant for those that want a more robust automation focused set of tools.

  1. Prop Automation Program - this is essentially a custom bridging software that we build out for clients. It includes lifetime access to our Elite Plan TradingView strategies so you have a working set of tools.

**NOTE: In order to automate prop trading (bypass prop firm API restrictions), you must purchase the Prop Automation Program. You cannot automate prop trading with just the Elite Plan by itself, as the prop firm API restrictions will prevent you from doing so.

NinjaTrader:

There is only one NinjaTrader plan/toolkit. We simply provide the option to go with Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime pricing.

Sierra Chart:

There is only one Sierra Chart plan. It is a one-time purchase.
