After signing up, you must complete the post-purchase form on the order confirmation page.

Access is granted automatically for TradingView & Discord if the correct details are provided.

Access for NinjaTrader is granted manually, so please allow up to 3 hours for your ID to be added.

No. Our trading systems are designed for those with baseline trading knowledge and live-trading experience.

chevron-rightWhich markets & timeframes does QuantVue work on?hashtag

Our tools are designed for futures first, but can be used on any market.

They are optimized for 1s Renko bricks, but can be configured on any timeframe or candlestick type.

No. There is no algorithm or indicator that can accurately predict with 100% certainty the financial markets.

QuantVue aims to provide tools for traders to better manage their own discrestionary trades, risk, and are not meant to be followed blindly.

QuantVue is not responsible for trading losses. Past results are never indicative of future performance. Use QuantVue and trade at your own risk.

chevron-rightWhich plan do I need for TradingView, NinjaTrader or Sierra Chart?hashtag

Depending on which toolkit you purchase, see the following plan details.

TradingView:

You may use a free TradingView account. However, to get 1s data and Renko bricks, you need a TradingView Premium account.

NinjaTrader:

You can use the tools on a free NinjaTrader account. To see the various NinjaTrader pricing, click here.arrow-up-right

Sierra Chart:

In order to run everything that's in the SC suite, you'll need at least "Sierra Chart Service Pack 11 - Integrated Advanced CME" and for live data you will need "Market Depth For Non-Professional Accounts".

No, none of our tools repaint. All features appear in real-time and are always confirmed on candle close.

chevron-rightHow do I update the tools?hashtag

TradingView:

  1. Refresh your browser or mobile app

  2. Remove the old indicator from your chart

  3. Re-add the indicator from your invite-only indicators

The latest version of the indicator should appear.

NinjaTrader:

You will be sent new NinjaTrader files.

Sierra Chart:

You will be sent new Sierra Chart files.

You can manage your account in the "My Account" tab.

You can also reach out to us on Discord (link in the footer) or email us at [email protected] and we will process your cancellation immediately!

Once your subscription is cancelled, you will still have access to the tools for the remainder of the time left on your plan.

We do not provide any refunds beyond the 30 day money back guarantee period under any circumstances. All sales beyond the 30 day sign up window are finals.

No. You will never see a discount code or sale from QuantVue.

Aside from exclusive product availability or launches, we have never run a sale.

Our monthly & yearly Pro / Elite plans are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days from the time of purchase, you may request a full refund. Beyond the 30-day period, all sales are final. The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to first time customers. If you have used our system or had a plan in the past, you are not eligble for a refund. This means if you have used the PRO plan in the past and sign up for ELITE at a later date, you will not be elgible for the refund guarantee and vice versa. You can use the checkout links on the website, or via the "My Account" tab/button if you know your previous account details.

chevron-rightWhat's the difference between plans?hashtag

TradingView:

  1. Pro Plan - includes our manual trading focused indicators. These indicator alerts can be automated with services like AlertDragon.

  2. Elite Plan - includes our Pro Plan toolkit and our automation specific strategies. This plan is meant for those that want a more robust automation focused set of tools. The Elite plan on it's own cannot automate into prop firm accounts.

  3. ATS Prop Automation Program - this is essentially a custom bridging software that we build out for clients. It includes lifetime access to our Elite Plan TradingView strategies so you have a working set of tools along with ATS-only algorithms like "Qkronos_EVO" and "Qzeus".

**NOTE: In order to automate prop trading (bypass prop firm API restrictions), you must purchase the Prop Automation Program or use a 3rd party alert connector. You cannot automate prop trading with just the Elite Plan by itself, as the prop firm API restrictions will prevent you from doing so.

Sierra Chart:

There is only one Sierra Chart plan. It is a one-time purchase.
